MORE SOMETHING BLUE

I have talked about my fondness of working with vintage materials before. I love the element of history that they add to an item. Here is a gorgeous pillow to add to the "Something Blue" category and also has some of that history that I love. It is white dupioni silk, imported double face satin ribbon and a gorgeous vintage embroidered blue trim that I acquired some time ago. I think this is so sweet and adorable. This pillow measures about 7 inches square.

Below we have a blue dupioni silk pillow with a vintage velvet ribbon layered over a satin ribbon. I had to top this with some pretty blue hydrangea. Measures about 8 inches square.

These little pillows are great for the very young ring bearer. Or if you have two ring bearers that are different ages you can order the same pillow in two different sizes. Way too cute for words.
