HOT PINK INSPIRATION SHOOT FOR RUFFLED

Some lovely blog scrumptiousness to share with you today. Recently I was invited to provide some of my accessories to an Alisa Lewis Events styled shoot for Ruffled, the gorgeous wedding blog. You can see the entire shoot on Ruffled by clicking here. Anytime that I get to meet and work with my peers is a really great day for this girl.

I was most excited to see the brand new, one of a kind, Cora veil in action. This veil is created out of antique platinum silk net that I purchased from a shop in Seattle. My excitement to use it in this shoot was probably a little over the top, I seem to remember lots of little girl emotions coming over me while I was there. It rests on notes from a time gone by. I simply could not let this net sit on its bolt any longer. The time for it to come out and play was now.

Above you see Sparks of Possibility. The whole shoot is featured on Ruffled and if you love pretty DIY table settings you should really head over there to check out all the photos.

The Blush Bow Cuff presented here. I love the way that it looks with the dress by Sarah Seven from The Dress Theory in Seattle.

Created out of antique silk net I procured from a shop in Seattle, vintage French chantilly lace I bought in New York with silk ribbon made in Japan. This bridges locations in a way I could only dream of.

Hope you check out the whole shoot on Ruffled! Oh, did I mention there is a darling DIY from Alisa Lewis for rosebud ice cubes? What a perfect way to add a touch of unexpected love to your next event.

Tomorrow a brand new giveaway will get started as well. I know. I am crazy for launching a giveaway on Saturday but I think being an inch or two over the border of Out of the Box Land is a good thing.

Until tomorrow!

XO -Marie
